The hotel is located in a very busy part of London, close to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station, which made it super convenient for sightseeing. The rooms were clean and had all the essentials, but they were a bit narrow and lacked good lighting. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Laura during breakfast, but the dining options were pretty average. Overall, it offers decent value for money given its location, although there are some areas that could use improvement.

I had a decent stay overall. The location is fantastic, really close to Buckingham Palace, which made sightseeing super easy. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, being pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms and how comfortable they were. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from major attractions and with nice dining options nearby. On the downside, the dining experience left a bit to be desired, as the breakfast could use some improvement, and I noticed the need for room upgrades. Overall, it's a decent place to stay for the price with a few areas that could be better.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw from Buckingham Palace and very close to Victoria Station. The rooms are spacious and clean, and even came with a fan to cool us down! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were some issues with the fire alarms going off at night which was quite disruptive. Overall, it’s a great choice for exploring central London, offering good value for money.
